I am having acid reflux, I only feel my head heavy and tight, mostly left side with left ear feels blocked and sometimes in temple area and left eye, it gets worse when I lay down or sleep, my left side feels tingling sensation and gets better when in sit straight and take walk, I am taking gaviscon syrup and gutpraz -l capsule as prescribed last year as acidity is back again and it's been 10 days still not much improvement.
