I am 19 years old. My all teeth are of different size and have irregular curves on bottom line. Also my teeth feel so rough like being scratched with some abrasives. I feel it is decreasing in length each day and have white patches on the upper two incisors. Can you tell me what to do?

Hello. Many times the teeth aren't perfectly aligned. For having all teeth aligned and a regular smile line, many treatment options are available. The white patches are caused due to many reasons. The most common cause is called dental fluorosis. It is caused when the drinking water has high content of fluoride in it when you have consumed below 8 years of age depending on the demography.
