Hello docs, I have found in 2019 jan that on left side testicle I have epidermal cyst and it is stable, size is not increasing but somehow my back is paining, I feel back is hurting because of cyst but doctor said there is no connection between cyst and back pain and also did my semen test as well and count is around 100 million but still feeling depress, hoping it will not trouble my future married life. Docs please help me give me some motivation. Confused about back pain and tell me weather cyst is harmful or it will not harm and tell me if any treatment is there.
