Hi, for some reason I have glutathione and flaxseed oil capsules box packed. Both tablets possess some benefits which is written on packets. Can I take them? They are expensive meds both costing about 5k. Kindly suggest what to do. I took it for two days no side effects but now I am thinking for consultation. I am fit, only side-effects I have sometimes is when I eat non veg or mango or anything which gets hot inside I get boils or zits. I am 23 year old male.
