Back in days I used to eat gutka only about 2 years and one sudden I felt that my mouth has been shrinked doesn't open more than two fingers. My teeth gums are not so we'll formed please help me.

Hello lybrate-user. You should immediately visit to a dentist. He/she will 1st examine you and based on that they will diagnose you and give you treatment plan. According to your description you are suffering from oral submucous fibrosis (osmf). There are 2 types of treatment plan available- 1. To open your mouth injection of corticosteroid like dexamethasone and corticosteroids together will be injected in your inside surface of the mouth where bands have been formed which prevents your mouth opening. Also few medicines like vitamins, minerals, capsule like oxitard by himalaya which is antioxidants will be given to you orally. 2. Excision of the bands inside your mouth could be done (surgical removal). All these depends on your clinical findings. Don’t worry do visit a dentist. Thank you.
