Hello, my periods last for 5 days on an average. On my first 3 days, I face severe cramps, vomiting, nausea, dizziness and shivering. My bleeding is normal. Another problem I face is that I can not seem to digest anything during my first three days and there are times when I can not digest even water or medicines. I have gone through medical exams innumerous times. Reports always came normal with some mild clots. It affects my day to day life as my cramps last for 72 hours. I have tried medications like allopathy, ayurvedic, homoeopathic as well as referred to gynaecologist. The medicines they prescribed didn't do any good. It has become a nightmare for me. I am 22 years old 5'4 ft and my weight is 65 kgs and I have been facing these symptoms for past three to four years, people have been suggesting ibuprofen and spasmonil but I have sort of given up on my hope of getting better. A gym said that it will be alright after my first pregnancy but that sounds absurd I don't want to wait for that long. Please help :(
