My wife is 26 years with no underlying health conditions. She weighs around 55 kg. In recent days she's been having this sudden chest pain which stays for around 5 minutes. She feels like heavy pressure and sometime breathlessness. When I put my hand and put pressure on chest she feels good. Can sorbitrate 5 mg be taken when she gets the pain? What should I do?

Clinically it looks like cardiac pain, but her age is too less to have cardiac pain. Causes of chest pain varies from simple muscular pain or gastritis to cardiac pain. Detailed evaluation is needed to find the exact cause of pain and medications can be prescribed accordingly. Feel free to consult me on private consult for detailed evaluation.
