Hi doctor! i'm a 20 years old girl from italy. For about 7 years I have chronic pain and pressure at the right side of my bladder that get worse with eating, drinking, moving, defecating and laying down. I also have urination hesitation and sometimes impossibility to empty the bladder for 3 or 4 hours with rising pain until I can finally pee and the pain decrease but it never totally goes away. I have vaginal wind with every movement that increase with bladder pain. All of these symptoms improve just with nalcrom, no other medicines help me. Please let me now what you think it can be, i've done many ultrasounds and a mri, they only show pcos at right and a 5 cm ovarian cyst at left, a gastroenterologist also told me that part of the cecum seems to push the right part of bladder but he's not convinced, he told me to cure constipation but each time I defecate my pain get so much worse and usually I can't pee until 3 or 4 hours. I really don't know what to do, I can't even go out because I can't walk because of the pain. Thank you i'll look forward for you answer.
