My left shoulder hurts. Dugas test is negative. There is tenderness around the deltoid, shoulder, neck and back muscles. Rom is painful. I hear a click sometimes around the shoulder joint. The pain is severe since two days - improved only very slightly. I have been in bed rest since the last 3 weeks, because of a ligament injury of knee n my sleeping position isn't the best. Is this muscle pain or should I be worried?
