I want health supplement for my brain. I want to balance all my chemicals of brain. Focusing on serotonin & dopamine. I have not laughed from 5 years. I want to know good foods for brain. And at what time should I take them. For eg:- I take almonds in morning which are in water whole night.

Hi, eat a balanced diet and do not stress yourself. Do activities that you like to be happy. In foods, eat flax seeds, avocado, banana, almonds, chia seeds, walnuts, sunflower seeds which are all good for brain.
