Hello Doctor, During poop sometimes semen drops come out when I was constipated now I have no constipation so when poop still 2 to 3 drop comes sometimes not sticky small pain after ejaculating and thick fluid comes tell me why this is happening? 4 se 5 saal se mere stomach mai garmi hai jis ki waja se peela peeshb ata hai or kabhi kabhi peely peeshab k sath peely drops bhi ate hain.
