Hi, a little over a week ago I overate and I felt like my stomach is going to explode from pressure. Also I skip breakfast everyday in order to activate autophagy so the 2 main meals are after 16 pm. That night passed and the next day any small amount of food that I ate would give me same feeling like I overate again. This continued for 6 to 7 days. Last few days of that period I did autophagy for 36 hours and drank only water. Trough the entire 7 days I got all meals that I ate out of the system after around 24 hours. Poop had smell like food that I ate, it did not stink. Its now day 8 or 9, now after I eat I feel cramps and food moving in my intestine. I also felt like this yesterday after eating, cramps like feeling only lasts while food is being digested. I should also mention that I am vegan and often eat milk chocolate as addition to my meals. What should I do?
