She is 48 years of her age recently diagnosed ovarian cyst on right ovary. A thin walled complex cyst measuring 9.1�7.5�7.0 cm with multiple internal shaft 2-3 mm thick. Plenty of internal echoes and few calcific foci along the walls. Left ovary 2.8�1.9 cmnormal.in size and echotexture with irregular follicle/cyst 14�9 mm. No adnexal masses.
