Congenital nystagmus cannot be completely cured. There are various surgeries that are done on both your eyes at the same time to take care of the head tilt and face turn but this will not make your nystagmus completely disappear. This is performed by few squint surgeons who have specialized in nystagmus surgeries. In Aravind Eye Hospital, Madurai there is one Dr. Shashikant Shetty who specialises in this.

Nystagmus may arise due to eye disease or due a brain lesion. If it is there from birth, you may not expect much improvement. How is your vision now? If you have better vision in one head position, than you can get muscle surgery done on both eyes, to shift your null point. Than, you will see better, without tilting or turning your head. Get a good refraction done and wear glasses.
