I'm 23 old female having pcos from past 6-7 years. I've taken a lot of different kinds of medications for the same from metformin to diane35 tried everything. My last medication was a 6 months course of diane35 and aldactone25. From past 4 months i've not been taking any medicines and again starting having irregular periods. From last one month i've started aldactone25 for facial growth and because of that i've been having my periods after 10 days and from past 10 days bleeding isn't stopping. Can you suggest any better medication for long term use that would treat the condition?

The first thing to be done right now is to stop the bleeding, once it stops you can start on non hormonal medicines for pcos. It is a hormonal problem so no guarantee of complete correction can be given.
