In the ultrasound of whole abdomen report it show that there is ovarian cyst .is it anything related with pregnancy. I had beta hcg test after a month of missed period but it shows the results was negative, getting a value of 1.2 miu. And on the next very day I had a period flow for 2 days and it stopped. And after a few days I had various symptoms like nausea, headache, shoulder pain ,loose motion and lost appetite. Does that mean I am pregnant? If not what can be the result pliz suggest.
