By your history you seem to have a 3rd Cranial nerve (oculomotor nerve) palsy. For the time being use a ground glass in front of the right eye so that you will not have diplopia (double vision). The fact that your eye is opening now suggests you are on path to recovery. Keep your BP, blood sugar and cholesterol levels under strict contorl. Take adequate Vitamin B supplementation. Consult and eye specialist to rule out any other associated problems in the eye like retinopathy etc.
