Hello, I feel like there's an air bubble stuck in my chest region, in the wind pipe. I intake air and try to remove it. It's causing so much discomfort. I google it and I don't know if pneumomediastinum is the right term. I had this 6-7 years ago. It had stopped 4-5 years ago. Again this month I caught it. I can't sleep at nights. I have asthma. Please help me.
