Hii. My age is. 22 (male. Since my childhood i've always been very introvert kind of person. I always have fear to meet new people in my life. Always feel like they will judge me .they will make fun of me. M having very few friends and also whenever I want to make sm1 my frnd I always have a ques in my mind that they may be not happy with me or they will make fun of me. I always have fears in me. J can't be relaxed any time. Even sm1 I feel very hesitated to meet my family members. I am fed up now with me. I feel m useless. I talk very less. But I never feel free n happy. Please help me. .sometimes its cmpltly suicidal condition due to all this. I have lost so many things in my life till now. I take very seriously when sm1 make fun of me, and then feel very low and alone. And I am unable to feel happy n free. Please tell me the possible ways n treatment if possible. I want to be free n feel happy.
