I'm confused to do exercise, if I do exercise it will lead to high testosterone levels and dht level, if then, I will loose my hair, so what should I do?

An elevated testosterone level isn't the cause of hair loss. Hair loss results when certain hair follicles on the scalp are highly sensitive to another hormone called dihydrotestosterone (dht).
