I've been struggling with excessive daytime sleepiness. It's been so bad that it's even affected me while driving and since I was 16 i've fallen asleep around 7 times while driving. I am starting nursing school now and I am finding it hard to stay awake during lectures and during study sessions. I take naps multiple times a day and without them by 5 or 6 in the afternoon I can barely keep my eyes open. I usually get 6-9 hours of sleep a night.
