Hi! would advise u to get a cleaning and polishing of ur teeth done. Also with age the enamel tends to wear off a little allowing the dentin to reflect its yellow colour.

Hello madam, normally the yellowishness on teeth can be due to some external stains which get deposited on the tooth due to our normal food habits. It can be due to some medication also like mutltivitamins and iron tonics. But dullness of teeth does occur with time. Simple external stains can be got removed by simple procedures but dullness needs to be looked into and treated accordingly.

Scaling(cleaning)-for yellow stains.(externally) Bleaching-if tooth is yellow from inside.(internally) laminates is also a good option.
