I'm having itching on penis tip. It discomforts while urinating and I can see white coloured substance gather up in shaft area. It also aches when I hold and rub the shaft area to drain that white fluid out. Kindly share suitable medicine or do let me know if there is any home remedy available. It is not a chronic problem but I'm suffering from jock itch since the last 3-4 years which goes and come back again.
