I am trying to conceive from last 5 months last I checked with a gynic she did all blood testing with pelvic test all are fine she did sonography also and the result are normal my right ovary measure is 3.34�2.43�3.19 cm. The ovarian volume is 13. 55 cm my left ovary measure 1.99� 1.12� 2.39 cm.the ovarian volume is 2.78 cm. Few follicles are seen in both the ovaries. Both adnexae are clear. No obvious mass lesions seen. No free fluid is seen in the pouch of douglas. please tell me can I conceive naturally. My right ovarian volume is little high what does that mean?
