My wife delivered a baby in mid october 18. After delivery she got twice periods. Last period was in feb 19. After that by mistake she get pregnant. In april we do abortion by our gynecologist. But after april 19 she missed periods till date. She is also feeding baby from october 18. When she was pregnant we did sonography 5-6 times. In that 1 uterus fibroid was shown. From may ending for 1-2 day she is getting lower left severe pelvic pain. She goes to Dr. and Dr. said it might be due to stone. She took treatment and pain was ok. After a month she again get pain. We did sonography of full abdomen internal and external but nothing rule out. Our family Dr. said it is fibroid pain and gave treatment and she was ok. Again after a month mean 2-3 days before she again get same issue. Again our family Dr. gave treatment and ask for usg. Now usg shows the same fibroid with question mark and minimal collection in endometrial cavity. We go with this to other gynecologist. She recommend for mri. Mri reports are not get yet but Dr. said it looks fibroid. Simultaneously we did bhcg test which shows 2100 mlu/ml. What is reason behind all this problem incomplete abortion or any other. Need help.
