I am an 18 year old female who may have dramatically decreased my calorie intake this past week (unsure because I was not keeping track). I now feel nauseated whenever I put food or drinks in my mouth and immediately want to spit it out. I haven't taken any medication for it and am wondering if this is normal after a diet change?

Hi, diet changes should be gradual and not drastic. What you have been doing will only starve you and will also deteriorate your attention span. Always do one change at a time. Our body might react in any way to compensate for the energy restricted. Reach put for a detailed plan.
