I am 25 years old girl, I have fever since sunday evening (14 july 2019), I have taken paracetamol on sunday evening and monday morning then combiflam on monday evening and tuesday afternoon with cetrizine. Then I have taken wikoryl dispersible tablet orally on tuesday night and wednesday early morning at 4 am. Now I am having cramps in stomach also and fever and cold is still present. No improvement. please suggest me medicine. Should I take cefixime 200 mg with paracetamol.
