I missed your period since 10 days. I thought im pregnant. But 2 days ago some blood spotting occurs and still have this situation. Then I go to doctor they ultrasonic but there they can't see any baby. Now I take zinc and folic acid tablet. Im very tensed. .is it a common things. Am I pregnant? Give me some advice please sir.
