Hi, I am 32 weeks 3 days pregnant and I had an usg today. This is my 2nd pregnancy and my first baby was born via c-section. In the usg report today, it is mentioned as thickness of lower uterine segment is 3 mm (suggestive of borderline scar thickness). Can you explain what does this mean? Also what precautions and medications can I take?

It just shows thickness at site of operation done in past. No precautions and medications for that. Remain under management of obstetrician.
