I am a 20 years old male. I have a skin problem on my penis. On my top skin, I have small black/brown color patches which are not perfectly round in shape. They are not like a mole. They are not itchy or painful or anything at all. The only problem is that sometimes they grow in size a little, there are quite a few of them also, but they are not bumpy or itchy or painful. They are just flat, tiny and not totally round, they are not all in one place ,they are a little spread like one or two on the shaft, three four on the head. I am shy about going to a doctor to show. I have searched on google but could not find anything like this. Will these go? What can I do? Please help (i am not circumcised)
