Subtotalhysterectomy done 08/04/19 due to sever bleeding during d &c after 20 days sever pain in left stomach rush to doctor and done sonography and found impression as" mid size (45�40�40 mm=36 cc) anechoic lesson with internal echos and multiple thick septic of up to 2 mm in left side of pelvic :-this may represent either complicated hemorrhagic left ovarian cyst (endometrioma) or loculated collection. Why doctor show 2 impression, what's reason, can it's cure with medicine. In the past of my life everything ok and my period was always come on time (means 2 month before pregnancy) pls suggest me, thanks.
