My son is 6 years old, before a week he has gum boil problem, consult a dentist he took an x-ray and suggest for the one-week antibiotic. 4 days pass it fills with puss again and again and problem not solving. The doctor also suggests removing teeth if not cure as milk teeth of my child not decay yet. Kindly suggest.
