I feel tired and less energetic recently due to hectic schedule. My colleague who happens to be a medical practitioner advised me to take nutralite protein powder for overall health and omega3 tablets to stay away from cardiovascular diseases. I would like to ask whether this is recommended? Also should I take any multivitamin tablet like revital to stay energetic? If yes please recommend the name. I do half n hour gym and lead an active lifestyle.

Slow metabolism lead to tiredness so kick your metabolism by exercise and have lots of warm water meanwhile have green salad and oats jaggery supplements will not require to be taken unless absolute necessity ie around 60 plus. You are young.
