I always feels sleepy and tiring. My sleep pattern is 12 am to 9: 30 am. And in the afternoon a nap 3 pm to 5 pm. Also my head gets heavy while I wake up.

After noon sleep is bad for you. Keep busy whole day, have regular physical exercise. Then you will get full sleep at night.
