What is good for eyes, I am having specs and there is itching in eyes after long working hours. Is it good to do laser surgery or wear lens or specs.

To do or not laser and what to wear on eyes is personal preference. Every thing has passed test of time. However in ayurved various med based basically on three myrobalans, in combo with other herbs and through different processes, are known to improve vision to some limited extent.
