Hello, This is the report given for a hysterosalphinography. It means the dye injected into the uterus is released from both sides of the fallopian tube & hence proves that there is no tubal blockage. It is usually done for infertility diagnosis.

Hello- it means that the hsg report is normal. The dye used during the test and spill on either side means the fallopian tubes are patent and hence the dye went through the uterus to the tubes and spilled in the peritoneal cavity.
