Hi my husband done with neck ultrasound. Below is the report. I do not have any idea about this. His age is 32 ultrasound neck both lobes of thyroid are smaller in size with raised echogenicity. No sol or calcification noted. Right lobe measures 0.8 x 0.7 x 3.3 cm, vol - 1.1 cc left lobe measures 0.9 x 1.1 x 3.2 cm, vol - 1.9 cc isthmus is smaller in size and measures 1.9 mm. Both carotid vessels and ijv appear normal. No obvious lymph nodes noted. Bilateral submandibular and parotid glands are normal. Impression :- thyroid lobes are smaller in size with raised echogenicity.

It is almost a normal report. Repeat the test after 2 months again to see if there are any changes.
