Hello doctors, Please suggest, can we use antibiotic beads for chronic bone infection in pediatric patients, (6 years). because he had repeated surgery twice. Again doctor suggested to remove dead bone in his hand because he is having pus discharge from surgical wound last two month. What is the solution for complete cure and avoid re-surgery. The infection is due to mrsa bacteria. Please suggest for permanent solution. He is too small boy.
