I was regularly using olmesar h40 for many years and recently change to telmaxx-40 with doctors advice. But for the last few days running low bp. The details are 13/4 104/70 14/4 132/63 15/4 110/63 16/4 107/57 to day at 10 pm 103/60 I did not take my tablet today. Kindly advice.

Hi. Low bp is no danger and the values you have mentioned there are out of worrying zone. We shall enhance your bp to come to normal. Limits by understanding the other parameters of your health and it involves certain blood cell count too. There r chances to have this as a genetic trend too. So. My opinion would be so not keep adding more meds or fluctuating them. Too much as they have no impact in marking a major difference and sometimes it may lead to side effects too.
