Broken teeth don't grow. Go to a dentist. As part of tooth is still there in mouth, it needs treatment. It may be saved if only small part of tooth is lost, otherwise will need removal.

You should get an x-ray done to determine whether the tooth can be saved with rct, post core and crown or if it needs to be extracted. Once your dentist decides that the tooth is to be removed, you have to get it replaced (implant/ fixed bridge). The tooth, if permanent, won't grow back on its own and considering your age, it is most likely one of the permanent molars. If it''s your third molar, replacement will usually not be necessary after removal.
