Hello, I have since child warts. I saw my family same my grandparents I lead a healthy lifestyle. When I went to gynaecologist said I had papilloma virus, apart from epilepsy never had any sexual disease so I think is hereditary in my case. I saw in a ebook I bought about this condition that I should eliminate diary and fish, meat, eggs and lead only vegetarian diet. As well take spirulina to avoid anaemia. I do not know if can take besan and corn chapati as refined wheat appear forbidden or any other supply would be good. Any suggestion?

Just relax! you are good and would be better. Appreciate your efforts for your health. Along with vegetarian diet you can eat besan, and corn in moderation. And start doing meditation and yoga for 15-30 minutes.
