Extracting two upper teeth for braces is it cause faster aging after 30? Difficult for tongue as space is less? Effect in hearing? Is it cause any problem after 2-3 years or completely safe? Is it all true or wrong? Should extract or not?

no. it will not cause any problem. extraction is needed for maintaining space so that front teeth can be pushed back. you have to wear retainers after treatment process for good prognosis.
