I used to have my front teeth too large and forward for which I have kept a clip these became straight after keeping the clip. But after 1 year they again retained in to same shape as before. What to do now? Please suggest me.

Retainers are to be worn for about nine months otherwise relapse is usually there.

Please wear your retainers till the dentist advuses you to take them off or removes them. Otherwise relapse or going back to previous state will usually occur.

Usually retainers are given after orthodontic treatment and they should be religiously used post removal of braces. Orthodontic relapse usually occurs when retainers are not properly used. Please see your orthodontist for your problem.
