Hi, My Aunt has undergone dnc process of abortion on 17/2/19 and not have menstruation till date. What are the changes body faces and how much time it takes to get to normal? What are the do's and don'ts for that women?

Still one month is not over so wait for same later after 4-5 days more does not get let her consult same Gynecologist (assuming she is either not sexuallt active after D & C or is using family planning method)
