Hi, i'm 17 years old. I've been having spasms/ near the testicular region inside the scrotum. It comes randomly and goes randomly. I don't feel any pain though. What could be the reason for it? Is it a serious problem or would it go on its own? Thanks for replying. Can you state the possible bless reasons for it? Should I visit a doctor?
