I am 24 years old from past 2 months I have insomnia and anxiety. I have consulted psychiatrist all they gave was zolcalm and zolfresh. I stopped taking those drug and tried sleeping on my own. But could not catch good sleep. I wake up often and some times I feel I didn't sleep at all. What should I do.
