Hi, Just had u/s scrotum doppler and result are: multiple dilated veins of the pampiniform plexus are seen on both side of the superior & inferior pole, measuring 2-3 mm and shows reflux on rest & valsalva suggestive of varicocele. Mild free fluid with low level internal echoes in seen in bilateral scrotal sacs.
