Hi Sir, I am 18 years guy and I am very short. Does growth hormone work? Can I grow still grow naturally? What can I do. Please help.

Growth hormone is advised when you have deficiency. You can still grow upto 21 years. Make sure you have good physical activity regularly. Exercise every day and take good proteinaceous foods.
