From 20 days the pus is come out from my penis. I used two types antibiotic cifroflaxaxin and fosfomycin but when I talking antibiotics then I feeling well but when I left then I feel not good and again the pus coming start. I went to the lab and done with urine culture and sensitivity test the result was negative and also done with urine test pus cells 1-3 now. And total leukocyte count 11500.

Hello- pyuria is a condition that occurs when excess white blood cells, or pus, are present in the urine. Pyuria causes cloudy urine and frequently indicates the presence of a urinary tract infection (uti). If you went for test after using antibiotics then the test will surely come false negative. Pus from penis/urinary tract can be due to a unprotected sex session or due to uti. If yes then better try ayurveda.
