Hi, I am having mild pcos. My periods are not regular. My doctor suggested me cream-ncr 10 mg, 3 times a day for a week and then two times a day for a week and then 1 time a day for a week. After I was in third week of medication, my periods started and are very heavy now. Doctor suggested me to take tranexamic tablet 3 times a day. What should I do. I am just 25 years old. How bad will these medicines effect me.

Hello lybrate-user. Tranexamic is less harmful then the cream-ncr. It is not a solution. It may cause more problems. Better take homoeopathic treatment. It has no such side effects.
